When do you set up and pack up?
We set up prior to your event time and we pack down after your designated finish time.
What power/water source do I need?
Our castles run on standard 10amp system (normal power socket) and our water slides simply need a standard garden hose connection.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery fees are $1.75/km for all suburbs north of Palm Cove, south or Mount Sheridan and west of Smithfield.
The fee per km is charged both ways.
If we have another event in your area on the same day, the delivery fee is shared.
How clean are your castles?
All our products are industrially cleaned after every event.
Our disclaimer states, no food or drink, silly string, water balloons or acrylic face paints are to be used on the products.
A cleaning fee of $150 applies if castles are soiled upon collection.
